Strengthening communities.
The Method One Pre-Apprenticeship Program, delivered in partnership with Versa-Tile & Marble Inc., is designed for young men ages 18 to 24 in the Tampa area who are facing barriers to employment and career opportunities. Over the course of nine months, participants receive hands-on training in ceramic tile installation while also developing leadership, workplace professionalism, financial literacy, and other essential life skills that prepare them for long-term success.
Our Mission
“The mission of Method One Inc. is to teach, develop, and train young people who are at the highest risk of delinquency and incarceration how to be successful tile craftsmen.”
Our Core Purposes

Train young people in viable craftsman skills as an alternative way of earning income.

Teach the value of work ethic in the success of any skill or craft.

Apply learned skills to become successful business persons and leaders in the community.

Mentor young people in various life skills and social issues they face.

Expose apprentice craftspersons to networks and contacts that could lead to their success.

Reinforce and encourage them as people, no matter what their history or background is.

Prevent them from becoming another juvenile justice system statistic.
